New video walks you through the GOALI content portal
Users of GOALI and other Research4Life programmes, take note. We just published a new tutorial that explains in detail how to browse scientific journals and books through the GOALI content portal. Watch the video below and learn how to use search terms, recognise how to identify if you have full access to content and how to browse titles in different languages.
GOALI provides free or low-cost online access to legal research and training in the developing world. GOALI is a public-private partnership of the International Labour Organisation together with Brill Nijhoff, the International Training Centre of the ILO and academic partners Cornell Law School Library and the Lillian Goldman Law Library at Yale Law School. Users can access thousands of peer-reviewed journals and e-books in selected subject areas of law from the world’s leading academic publishers.
Not sure if you qualify for access to GOALI and other Research4Life programmes? Check if you’re in one of the eligible countries and talk to your librarian about how to get access. If you have any technical difficulties, please write [email protected]. We’re also happy to hear if you have questions or feedback about this tutorial and Research4Life in general!
