What does the termination date of the License mean (clause 2.15)?
This date indicates the duration of the publisher partners’ commitment to maintain Research4Life.
The License clause does NOT :
- Commit Group B institutions to paying the annual access fee
- Prevent the institution from terminating the License and ceasing to use Research4Life access
- Commit any particular publisher to continuing to offer their content in any particular country
